Added a timestamp field to the SystemVariable model and updated the WorkflowAppRunner to include the current timestamp during execution. Enhanced node type checks to recognize trigger nodes in various services, ensuring proper handling of system variables and node outputs in TriggerEventNode and TriggerScheduleNode.
